The structure was born from the important recovery of an ancient building in via La Rupe, purchased by Davide Galli. In the recovery and re-adaptation of the building, many features were inserted that are reminiscent of the home of the Gauls, starting from the logo of a stylized rooster which has become the brand of the hotel in Sasso Marconi.
