The agricultural company is family-owned and managed, with a fruit and vegetable focus, equipped with a laboratory authorized for the transformation of agricultural products into vegetable preserves, jams and pickles.

L'Isola del Sasso is the farmhouse of the Floriano Cinti winery in Sasso Marconi. The farmhouse has several internal rooms and some large external verandas to be more in contact with the greenery. The structure also has 7 large and comfortable rooms, some real mini apartments, equipped with a living room with kitchenette. The restaurant offers menus with local and seasonal products using, at least 80%, the company's agricultural raw materials, typical local regional products and/or products purchased from other regional agricultural entrepreneurs.

The Locanda dei Cinque Cerri has 6 rooms in the main house, and 4 rooms in the renovated barn and both buildings have a lounge available to guests. The rooms are very comfortable, all with private bathroom and even the single rooms have a double bed. Air conditioning and heating are independent for each room, TV, safe, minibar, hairdryer. Dogs and small pets are accepted on request with an extra cleaning fee.

The Rio Verde Natura Agriturismo is located in Sasso Marconi and stands on an area of approximately 92 hectares of sowing land and orchards and the remaining part of woods, meadows and a hillside lake.
The rural buildings of the agriturismo are a completely renovated farmhouse and an old stable, in the narrow and cool valley of the Rio Verde. The farmhouse offers 6 en-suite bedrooms with 12 beds. The Piccola Raieda farmhouse has two two-room apartments with bathroom and two comfortable double bedrooms both with bathroom; one of the double rooms is set up for customers with mobility difficulties.
